- The standard keo cleat has been developed with the goal of minimizing weight and to be a simplified cleat and pedal ensemble, while maintaining compatibility with all shoes on the market. Features: The kinematics function is identical to the standard delta pedal. Cleat entry and release is secure and efficient. The new keo grip is an anti-slip cleat. It is safer for walking and compatible with the complete keo line. The tpu inserts help keep the cleat in position on the sole side of the cleat and eliminate slip especially with carbon soled shoes, while looks position memory technology allows easy cleat replacement by retaining the position of the previous cleat.

For smaller items (excluding bikes) We offer a variety of shipping options within the UK. Giving you the choice on your shipping time. You'll see 3 options on shipping times and prices from Royal Mail on our checkout page, each will require a signature on delivery.

Royal mail Tracked 48 - 2 to 4 working days
Royal mail Special Delivery (Before 1pm) - Next Working Day
For complete bikes we offer 2 options:
Bike Delivery (Boxed) - 4-6 working days
Bike Delivery (Built) - 7-10 Working Days
International shipping. What to expect.
We ship worldwide, and international shipping usually goes smoothly.
