Our universal bolt & ride mounting system enables easy installation of our aero bars to virtually any bike model, including mono-riser, twin-post and 31.8 round bar systems.

The unique FastTT bolt & ride mounting system allows you to easily make a wide range of position adjustments. Extensive forward/backward adjustment to suit all athlete sizes, plus up to 40 degrees inward/outward adjustment to allow for your preferred hand and elbow position.

IMPORTANT: Please read this guide for caring for the mounting bolts of our aero bars

Due to the corrosive nature of perspiration and moisture on the cockpit area of the bike, we recommend that you apply anti-seize thread compound to all bolt threads before installation. A syringe

of anti-seize has been supplied with your new aero bars for this purpose.

The bolts that affix the bars to the bar brackets and adjustable riser are hi-tensile steel M5 button heads. Unlike cap head bolts, button head bolts have a shallow hex depth, which makes the heads more prone to damage or stripping.

Extra care must be taken when tightening and loosening these bolts in order to avoid damage. We strongly recommend using an Allen wrench with a flat tip. DO NOT use an Allen wrench with a round tip as this will damage the hex head very quickly.

After a few rides we recommend that you check and retighten the mounting bolts on your FastTT Aero Bars. The bolts can become slightly loose after initial riding due to natural bedding in of the bolts into the carbon mounting base. This can potentially cause a small amount of lateral movement in the bar. If this occurs, please retighten to a MAXIMUM of 5Nm. If at any stage you notice lateral movement of the bar you should retighten the bolts.

If you loosen and retighten the button head bolts multiple times, we recommend replacing them as soon as there is any sign of wear on the hex. Check the condition of bolts regularly and replace if there are any signs of corrosion. Failure to follow this recommendation may result in seized and damaged bolts.

For smaller items (excluding bikes) We offer a variety of shipping options within the UK. Giving you the choice on your shipping time. You'll see 3 options on shipping times and prices from Royal Mail on our checkout page, each will require a signature on delivery.

Royal mail Special Delivery (Before 1pm) - Next Working Day

For complete bikes we offer 2 options:

Bike Delivery (Boxed) - 4-6 working days

International shipping. What to expect.

We ship worldwide, and international shipping usually goes smoothly.

Please note that you’ll be responsible for any duties or taxes once your order arrives in your country. The carrier will typically contact you to complete the necessary steps for delivery—this often includes paying applicable fees or taxes.

All imported goods must go through customs, which is entirely outside of our control. This process can take anywhere from a few hours to several weeks, depending on your country’s regulations.

Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number. We see the same tracking updates that you do, so we recommend keeping a close eye on them to stay informed.
