There is nothing to interfere with inside pedal release. The fluoropolymer material eases entry and exit and diminishes considerably the possibility of cleat noise.

For smaller items (excluding bikes) We offer a variety of shipping options within the UK. Giving you the choice on your shipping time. You'll see 3 options on shipping times and prices from Royal Mail on our checkout page, each will require a signature on delivery.
The 3 options are:
Royal mail Tracked 24 - 1 to 2 working days
Royal mail Tracked 48 - 2 to 4 working days
Royal mail Special Delivery (Before 1pm) - Next Working Day
For complete bikes we offer 2 options:
Bike Delivery (Boxed) - 4-6 working days
Bike Delivery (Built) - 7-10 Working Days
International shipping. What to expect.
We ship worldwide, and international shipping usually goes smoothly.
