The Argon 18 integrated bento box is large enough for your extra nutrition needs, especially for Ironman distance
- Many top tube bento boxes are too small for the nutrition needs of a full Ironman. Athletes need to find a solution, so they often place this extra nutrition outside of the bento box – often simply taped to the frame - leading to an aero penalty. The Argon 18 integrated bento box solves this problem by including a reservoir within the top tube. Specifically designed for full IM nutrition needs, the integrated bento box significantly increases the capacity over the previous model, from 288ml (previous-generation E-119) to 405ml (E-119 Tri+ Disc). The bento box can be removed and cleaned as needed, and the box is closed, with only a few small vents to allow for rain or sweat to drain. This means there is no risk of any of the contents falling into and getting lost in the frame.

For smaller items (excluding bikes) We offer a variety of shipping options within the UK. Giving you the choice on your shipping time. You'll see 3 options on shipping times and prices from Royal Mail on our checkout page, each will require a signature on delivery.

Royal mail Special Delivery (Before 1pm) - Next Working Day

Bike Delivery (Boxed) - 4-6 working days

International shipping. What to expect.
We ship worldwide, and international shipping usually goes smoothly.
Please note that you’ll be responsible for any duties or taxes once your order arrives in your country. The carrier will typically contact you to complete the necessary steps for delivery—this often includes paying applicable fees or taxes.
All imported goods must go through customs, which is entirely outside of our control. This process can take anywhere from a few hours to several weeks, depending on your country’s regulations.
Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number. We see the same tracking updates that you do, so we recommend keeping a close eye on them to stay informed.
