Our policy lasts 28 days. If 28 days have passed by since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a completed copy of your returns form or proof of purchase.
Faulty Item Returns
Faulty items sent back to us will undergo an inspection. It may also be necessary to send the item away to the manufacturer to confirm the fault. Once we have received your item back we will inform you how we need to proceed.
Please note: items over 30 days old may need to be sent off for repair before we can consider a refund/replacement. Our returns team will inform you if this is the case.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will action your return request. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, usually within 5 days.

We do not offer an exchange service. Alternative items must be purchased separately.

Please note that we will not refund any postage fees (except if you have received a wrong product). If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. We would advise to use a tracked delivery service as we cannot be held liable for the loss of any parcel on its return journey to Speedhub.
Terms and Conditions
- Returned goods should be unused, in a saleable condition and in their original packaging with all labels still attached. Please ensure you do not affix labels or tape to the product packaging, only the external shipping packaging. Speedhub is entitled to deduct from a refund any diminution of value as a result of the product not being in the above condition.
- We are not able to exchange products. If you require a different item you will need to return your item for a refund and place a new order.
- All returns must have a completed returns form or proof of purchase.
- We will refund you to your original payment method.
- We make no charge for returns, there is no restocking fee.
- SpeedHub gift vouchers, memberships and events tickets are not refundable.
- Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer unless you have been advised to.
- SpeedHub customers have 28 days from date of delivery to return their orders.
- Nutrition products cannot be returned.
No rental is guaranteed until full rental payment has been received.
Rental of all saddles is for a period of 28 days only.
If you fail to return your rental item within the agreed 28 day period you will be charged for the remaining amount of the full product price.
If there is any damage to the product you will be liable for the cost of product replacement.
